Special Elements - Wall Glazing
Up Town - Munich Development and production of complete special windows for being assembled into the façade elements.
Sashes and frames made from cast aluminium, insulating glass glue-connected with the frames and secured towards the outside with a cover strip.
In total around 1600 elements each with an approx. diameter of 800 mm. Each element
can be operated by an electric motor, opening up width about 150 mm
Our tasks:
- Developing the elements and the drives according to specifications
- Planning and carrying out all test series
- Complete production resp. procurement of the 78 individual parts per element
- Powdercoating resp. anodising all individual parts
- Assembling and completing the elements by glueing the glass panels
- Functioning and tightness test
- Individually packaging the elements and marking these itemrelated
- Despatch according to a weekly resp. processing schedule
