5-Broatgate - London: Production of sheet metal cassettes for the interior cladding of complete façade panels In total around 650 different sheet metal components of various dimensions and shapes.
The sizes of the components differ between 300 x 300mm and 1800 x 6000mm.

- Lasercutting the components
- Folding into sheet metal cassettes
- Countersinking threaded rivets
- Sealing the edges by welding
- Position welding studs
- Tightness testing of the individual cassettes
- Black anodising 25 mµ
- Packaging and despatch
