Special Windows - Roof Glazing
CAOS - San Francisco: Producing complete special windows for the roof area made from thermally separated aluminium profiles, including insulation glazing with connecting sleeves made from stainless steel.
In total around 150 elements with an approx. diameter of each 1600mm
Can be opened in part by means of smoke- and heat extraction flaps
Our tasks:
- Blanks and processing thermally separated aluminium profiles
- Bending the aluminium profiles into round windows (frames, wings, and glass strip)
- Welding and aligning the bent profiles
- Bending and welding the stainless steel connecting sleeves
- Powdercoating all parts
- Assembling and glazing all elements
- Functioning and tightness test
- Wooden boxes for the despatch
- Packaging and loading into containers
- Delivery to California
