CAOS - San Francisco: Producing and supplying the steel construction with supports for a circumferential canopy
Our tasks:
- Procuring material for around 45,000 components
- Producing all steel construction parts, aluminium profiles, and all small parts
- Height of supports approx. 10,500mm
- Length of posts approx. 7000mm
- Altogether about 550,000 kg steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- 4fold varnishing of all steel construction parts
- Preassembly of all supports and canopy girders
- Inspecting all components and preparing quality assurance documents
- Packaging and transport insurance in 40' containers
- Direct despatch of the components to California
