Sheet Metal Processing
Any sheet metal processing starts with receiving the data. We are pleased to accept your data of all usual CAD - programmes in 2-D or 3-D. Should you not have any data available, a simple sketch or sample part will be sufficient. We process all the usual types of plates in aluminium, steel, and stainless steel quality. Polished, brushed,
on one side or both, with or without protective foil. There are two renowned sheet metal suppliers, which supply us on a daily basis right on our doorstep. Thus we have most sheet metal in standard format or directly from a coil available within the shortest period of time.
The most important facts:
- Number of pieces resp. batch sizes from 1 - 100,000
- Maximum size of flat bed laser: 6000 x 2000mm
- Maximum size of punching laser: 3000 x 1800mm
- Maximum shearing length: 6000mm
- Maximum edging length: 6100mm (500 to)
- Polishing surfaces: up to a maximum width of 1300mm
- Barrel finishing (Troval): up to a weight of 5 kg per piece
- Welding bolts: M3 - M10
