Punching

We punch small and medium-size components on various presses with automatic feeding devices by using customer-specific tools. At the same time we also produce the necessary tools, from the simple punching tool to progressive composite tools, mainly made by us.

The most important facts:

• 9 Mechanical Presses
• Pressing force from 60 to 35 tons
• Number of pieces resp. batch sizes starting from 1000 pieces
• Sheet width: a maximum of 600 mm
• Sheet thickness: 5mm max.
• Maximum size of tool : 1000 x 2000mm
• Steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and aluminium sheets
