Blanks & Sawing
The first step during any production is procuring the material, in most cases also the blanks. Many materials and material qualities are directly available at our suppliers' warehouses. Beyond that we have direct access to a well-assorted material warehouse at our suppliers for raw material.
This is why we are able to react fast and flexible and determine the pace, right from the start!
Procedures:
- Plasma-cutting (3000 x 12000mm, up to a thickness of 300mm)
- 3D-Flame-cutting robots (including bevelling and drilling)
- Waterjet cutting (2000 x 4000mm)
- Laser cutting (2000 x 6000mm)
- Panel saws (up to a sawing length of 4000mm)
- Bar- and pole saws (Ø up to 860mm, flat up to 1000 x 800mm,square 800 x 800mm)
The most important facts:
- Pieces reps. Batch sizes from 1 - 100,000
- Stainless steel, steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, bronze, and various plastic materials are continuously processed
- Short-term availability (24-hour service)
