Milling

For producing cubic components we have a variety of the most modern machines and processing centres available.
No matter whether it concerns 3-, 4-, or 5-axle machines. The most important issues are the application, precision, and the size of the required components.
All machines are equipped with tool changing devices, some also with pallet loaders and automatic work piece feeding.
Especially in case of more complex components it is as a matter of course that data is received via a CAD/CAM - system.

The most important facts:

• Number of pieces resp. batch sizes from 1 - 100,000
• Stainless steel, steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, bronze, and various types of plastic material are continuously processed.
• Maximum size of work piece: x = 20000mm y = 2000mm Z = 4000mm
• Maximum weight of work piece: 38,000kg
